Why are colonial nations permitted to use their colonists for Settlement Growth when there are colonizable provinces within their colonial region? Self-Governing colonies cannot even be forbidden from wasting their colonist in this way.

1599 Europe playing as Russia

Had a few wars against Ming and then i came back to Europe, Ottomans are dead, France is a subject of Brittany, Austria ate half of Europe, had a PU with Hungary, Bohemia, Milan, Burgundy and now has one with Spain and Savoy too, probably nothing special but Austria has never achieved anything like this in my previous games.

I can't be the only one who thinks the North-American natives are most tedious and unrelistic thing ever introduced to the game. Why can they reform so fast while the central americans require an european province adjected to reform? Not to mention the realism factor, the Central-Americans were the most advanced in the continent, with an actual estabilshed state and government, unlike the northeners, so why do I have to deal with a bunch of north-american MONARCHIES in 1500??? More over why could't they introduce a game mechanic that the AI can't complete so it won't fucks up every game, like the nahuatl reform? It's good and well if I play Native-American so I have a goal to complete, but the AI can't do it so it won't ruin the colonial game. I never rant, but I'm actualy furious at this point. Not even mentioning that the North-Americans LANDLOCK the entire continent, because you cant access them with exploers, again, unlike the central-americans. Why the DLC- PAYED CONTENT- quality is so low? Paradox really takes the fanbase for granted aren't they? and WILL THIS EVER BE FIXED? Rethoric question, of course it won't...
