There isn't an achievement called "It's always Sunni in Philadelphia"
I just love the ai sometimes
Why isn't this mechanic in every eu4 country?

After playing 100 hours with no achievements I decided to start with a big one.

Why isn't this mechanic in every eu4 country?

When playing Mutapa/Zimbabwe there exists an early on mission that provides you with a new mechanic that is countrywide, this feature is "Constructing non-defensive buildings will increase the development of the province." - for example, constructing a church will increase a province's tax development by 1, a workship will increase production dev by 1 or a manufactory will increase production dev by 2 etc.

Having played Zimbabwe, it's so nice to see your nation's development increase as you invest into your economic snowball, and I feel as if it makes sense - a 3 dev province that builds a church probably would become more developed 'naturally' and this mechanic provides a nice way to display that - so why isn't this mechanic in every eu4 country?

In my opinion this provides such an exciting and easy way to do dynamic development as you build up your provinces - both benefiting tall and wide players, as well as the fact the AI would be able to deal with this mechanic too (as it already tends to build buildings). I think it's just such a shame it's only given to one country.

Thoughts?
