Hi, newbie here. I have been spending the last 5-10 years fighting off rebels and they keep adding onto the list. What am I doing wrong?

I know a lot of people can do better but I'm very proud of my 1670 kilwa. I'm earning over 100 ducats from the Zanzibar trade node and have one of the strongest armies in the world. and I'm the most powerful African nation. my tech is also on par with the European powers.
After taking a break for a couple of months from the game, I finally went back and brought the world under the Ryukyuan mandate! (on 1.30)
Why can't I form Italy?
Very successful reformation
I started learning this game last year with the goal of someday being able to get this achievement, and I finally did it!

Suggestion: Coalition war-chest

Why is it, that I can only get a measly 30 gold for beating a coalition war? Oh yes, because only the warleader needs to pay up at the peace table.

So, if coalition war's prevent us from peacing out with each individual member, we should be able to demand gold from the entire confederation in the peace deal.

As russia i vassalised the uzbeks who are at 307 dev. 307 dev give them +96% liberty desire. So i don't know how i could ever put them under 50% liberty desire to annex them. It feels like my only option is to liberate them then attack them
