does anybody else enjoy naming colonies? Posted: 13 Oct 2020 06:32 AM PDT Honestly I'd have to say it's my favorite part of the game, it's made me research a lot about history, geography, language and toponyms specifically. in my current game i'm playing as France, I named the northeast Acadie after Acadia, Canada after Quebec, Texas after Matagorda bay(Matagorde), California after the redwood forrests(Boisrouge), and Cascadia after the mountain Sierras and gold found there and northern California(Scie d'Or) It's not all proper french, i'm sure. but it's a creative exercise and it's really fun to think of something yourself [link] [comments] | ||
