Conquered Constantinople as Russia, as an exclave, create Byzantium or keep it?

What is your view on this? I just conquered Constantinople as Russia, because in 1587 the Ottomans who barely conquered anything more this game were finally at war with the Mamluks.

Would it be better to create Byzantium as a vassal or keep it as Russian territory? I have all claims on the surrounding lands already

So what's new with Florence?
The tree houses (as of the writing of this) 28 new missions and 25 new events that aim to give you a flavor of Tuscany you have never seen before.

Starting off, the Flavor part of the tree is housed above the conquest part. That is done deliberately to signify that Florence is a nation aimed at being played "tall".

Reorganizing the City Wards will require you to do some in-house reorganization via a new decision as well as increase your administrative capabilities

So you don't have to restart if He rivals you!
