    AI Muscovy really needs some buffs

    AI Muscovy barely succeed in recent patches. They has been a pushover since the introduction of GC. They stuck at Duchy for ages and can't even fully annex Novgorod. They just keep integrating and releasing vessels until some neighbors decide to poke them once.

    The Amount of DLC's is ridicolous enough. I'm was hoping for EU5 since ROM. The amount of time needed to get back in the game when a multiplayer unsyncs is crazy, and I can't think of a non paradox game where you have to restart the program to access a savefile again. I see no reason to support EU4 with another DLC purchase and would rather wait for EU5 ( then buy next dlc if i feel like it).

    4th idea as Byzantium: What to take?

    So I have quantity, diplomatic, economic. Thought I would go religious, but I don't really need the extra missionary (already have 2 since i am DoF) and the casus belli isn't an issue yet since I am still reconquering a lot of Turkish provinces from Karaman and the Mamluks who are very strong. I was thinking offensive, since I am having issues winning land battles.

    Also, I have yet to complete any idea fully, am having trouble just keeping up tech wise. And how does one develop provinces as Byzies? Which ones should I focus on and how do I do I reduce the develop costs outside of finishing economic ideas and using edicts?
