What formable nations would improve EU4 for you? Posted: 28 Dec 2020 11:40 AM PST We get one or a handful of formables with just about every update. Are there any that you're particularly supportive of or that you feel would improve the game immensely? I'll start: Hausa: the Hassan kingdoms were mostly United under Zazzau for a brief time in the game's period. Hausa already has a tag and cores (I'm not sure why or what nation they refer to). Zimbabwe: Likely was extant in 1444. Distinct from Mutapa and Butua, and would likely be a goal to form for Butua if they overthrew Mutapa and reconquered the region. (Possibly substitute Zimbabwe with/also add the Rozvi empire, which also existed in EU4's timeframe.) Madagascar: Was in the process of being united by EU4's end point. Could require later ADM tech to reflect this. Less historically accurate but just for fun or balance: Ghana, Chola (only by Cebu), Assyria (if their culture group gets added, more for balance than accuracy as there are currently no formables exclusive to Mesopotamia), Rheinland/Confederation of Rhine/Lorraine (Rhenish can form Westphalia, a Napoleonic state, but the Frankish Rhenish and Saxon Westphalians are fairly distinct . Rhenish is the only German culture without a specific formable as of 1.30.) [link] [comments]

Is a England -> United States run fun? Posted: 28 Dec 2020 12:18 PM PST I'm pretty new to this game (only played 146 hours lol) and I'm trying to decide if I should do a game outside of Europe or try a United States game. Any opinions on how much fun a US game is? [link] [comments]
