What was the ~basic~ feature you took too long to know?

    Posted: 09 Oct 2020 09:12 AM PDT

I've got 940 hours of EU4, but only recently(ish) discovered the UPGRADE SHIPS feature. Plus, it took me too long to understand Tolerance, insulting gives you PP and more recently I found out having a spy network gives you siege bonus. So I am curious, is there a feature you took too long to learn?
