The Papal Interface, 'The Holy See', needs to be visible to all nations either after conversion or upon discovery since it provides valuable information.

Both The Empire of China & The Holy Roman Empire interfaces are always accessible regardless of religion or government type if they've been discovered.

Both interfaces are able to convey important information to the player. The Papacy should be visible to all nations upon conversion as it still provides invaluable information to the player:

    1. How many Cardinals do various nations have?

    2. How much papal influence has my rival invested in becoming Curia Controller?

    3. Who is the Current Curia Controller and what are their bonuses? Is it my rival?

    4. What Golden Bull does Catholicism have enacted?

    5. What positions has the Council of Trent taken? Who supports which concession?

    6. Is there a crusade active? Who's is the target?

    7. How much papal influence does each nation have?

All of this information benefits everyone, regardless if they're Catholic, Protestant, Animist or Taoist. We can already see Cardinals in the Religious map mode, I don't see why still having access to this interface as a Protestant isn't allowed? Having any religion besides Catholicism should already set influence to 0 and automatically disable interacting with the interface.

I understand that seeing Curia Influence of nations, should be private (point 7), but I should be able to know what nation is the Curia Controller, what Golden Bull has been publicly enacted, and what concession were made at the Council of Trent. Knowing which nations support a certain concession should be private, however the non-Catholic world should be able to know what reforms the Church has decided on, and how it effects diplomacy across Europe.
