    Frankly, I'm tired of it. There is simply NOTHING gained by making it a random roll. All it is is a ton of tedium and a bit of gold to keep rerolling advisors until you get what you need. It stops nothing, it prevents nothing, it's only tedious, and frankly a penalty on small nations versus large who can much more easily afford the gold.

    Just stop. Stop this stupid, asinine half-mechanic and let us pick what we want to hire. There, I've said it.
