    Some doubts about the Burgundian Inheritance 1.30

    Hi guys. In this Castille one faith attempt I noticed that Burgundy's monarch has no heir and is 82 years old meaning that he should die in a reasonable soon MTTH. When the ruler dies, Burgundy inherits both Flanders and Brabant and they are always choosing the option called ''The habsburg prince sounds nice'' which puts them in a PU under Austria.

    I have two questions for any of you who knows this string of events:

    1.-How likely is Burgundy to choose the PU with me at this point? (as Castile). They have joined the HRE and when Charles dies they always choose to be a PU under Austria. (At least the last 10 times and my game mysteriously crashed afterwards)

    2.-If they stay a PU under Austria, is there anyway I can still get the lowlands? I've seen a post somewhere that if you (as Castile) have a hapsburg heir you get the Lowlands via event, which are vital since I need them in order to unlock the mission that gives me the Restoration of Union CB against Austria.

    I do not savescum that often, but getting all that free development at once will definitely help this WC/One faith attempt.

    Please help.
