What would be the IRL birthplace of all the institutions?

    Posted: 11 Jan 2022 07:12 AM PST

I always thought that the parameters for institution spawning were interesting, but how much do they actually encourage 'realistic' birthplaces? Feudalism also doesn't have a birthplace in-game to my knowledge, so where would that be as well?

When you loose manpower, it is stated as a double negative, loosing negative manpower would be gaining it. Literally unplayable.

    Defending against the Ottomans

    Posted: 11 Jan 2022 04:39 AM PST

    Hello there!

I am currently playing as The Papal State that i reformed into The Kingdom of God. As a faithful ally, i went into war on the side of Austria in several defensive wars vs the Ottoblob. However, we havent managed to win a single one, they even forced Austria to give up all of Hungary.

I own all of the Italian provinces, i even got some french ones, i have a decent economy (30 ducats/month with lvl 4 advisors) and took quantity ideas to match their army. Still they have 190k troops vs my 120k.

I havent found a way to stop their increasingly threatening presence near my easternmost province (Friuli) and i fear the next war will be costly.

What am i missing? How can i match their army strength?

    Edit: grammar.

My First World Conquest as Mughals after 1000 hours

My First World Conquest as Mughals after 1000 hours

R5: I started as Timurids and formed Mughals and then The Caliphate.

This is my first world conquest after 1000 hours. I realized that if i had enough patience, i would conquer all the world many hours ago.

My aim was just world conquest but because i finished world conquest about 1760 i tried one faith. Unfortunately failed because of some colonial nations. They build monuments and i cant change these provinces' religion.

    My ideas

Diplo, admin, religious, offensive, humanist, quality, quantity, exploration. I changed some ideas when i conquered all provinces. quality -> expansion, exploration -> influence
